The Illinois game provided Nittany Lion fans to experience the second "Whitehouse." and it didn't disappoint. By kickoff, the stadium sky was black and the white shirts were glistening, helped by the slow drizzle that persisted throughout the game.

Whitehouse 2008 This is one beautiful view of the stadium looking South from the North endzone. All the views capture the excitement of the moment, but there is something special about seeing the game from this vantage point.

PSU 2008 Fantastic image of the Penn State Marching Blue Band spelling out "PSU" which adds to the excitement of the opeining kickoff and also tubs at the heart with alumni pride.

Floating Lions 2008 Signature formation of the Penn State Blue Band. The band spells out Lions and marches South to North so the fans on the press box side can read it and then is reverses the LIONS signature and the people on the Suites side (or east side) can read the LIONS, hence, the FLOATING LIONS.

Big D 50 YARD LINE. The letter D was on the jumbotron while the defense was on the field. All of the signatures and information on the jumbotron keeps the fans abreast of the game.

South East Whitehouse 2008 This awesome view is rarely recorded, but I am glad I did. The rain drops were dramatically reflecting the light shining through.
